NBC has been exposed as another driving force of propaganda for the spending and the wars that are plaguing this once great nation. When you decide to support liberty and prosperity for the middle class, the youth, and the hard working everyday citizens you alienate by spreading propaganda..let us know. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is a bill that will allow the government to imprison anyone suspected of an offense deemed “terrorism-related,” indefinitely and without trial - even US citizens.
This means that, EVEN IF THEY DO NOT HAVE PROOF of someone being involved in anything “terrorist-related,” they will still have the power to detain them indefinitely without the right to prove their innocence or lack of innocence in court.
This act was passed a few nights ago, and I don’t see people reacting the way they reacted when they thought our internet privacy was in threat… but now our CIVIL LIBERTIES are in threat and there’s an even greater chance for the US becoming a police state, yet people have made a bigger deal about our internet privacy? I honestly feel that SOPA/PIPA have gotten so much attention from the media for the mere purpose of distracting us from the more important issues such as the passing of NDAA.
